I recently converted my headlights over to relays, drawing from the battery, however i've read that its better to draw from the 'bat' terminal on the Alternator as to avoid drawing large amperage through the old wiring. I'm wondering how, there is a large boot covering the stud that would block a ring terminal from being added to the stud. What are you guys doing to get arround this? is there a specific connector that can work with the boot?
