Horn button color

My 67 Cuda has a recall steering wheel. The horn button and the rest of the blue in the interior is painted the wrong color. It has been painted several times. I am trying to determine what color it should be.
The exterior is light blue. The interior is white with dark blue dash, doors, console and dash. I have stripped some paint off and I can see the light blue, black, and 2 blues that are definitely wrong. Any advice would be great.
