Horn Contact Pad

Anybody know where I can get the horn contact pad for my steering wheel for a 68 Barracuda?

I see those on ebaymotors, one per month average. The 3 screws that attach it to the horn ring are special. Dont loose them ! Sometimes those are siezed in the pot metal threads and have to be drilled out.
