Horn switch

I am looking for a horn switch for the steering wheel I have for my 72 dart. I am not sure what wheel it came with and it has a Grant right now. I have a factory wheel that is what I have seen refered to as a "delux wheel". It has three contact points for activating the horn. One at two o clock on at 6 o colock and one at 10 o clock.It is a three spoke wheel if that makes sense. I have not been able to locate what the part number for the switch would be, nor locate any one who is familiar with this wheel and switch. The rest of the wheel is complete Just missing the switch with whe wires. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think the wheel was from a charger or a GTX. It is that style.

This is a picture of the wheel that I need the horn switch for. It is a complete wheel. I need the disc that goes between the face cover with the three actuators and the wheel base itself. Something plugs in because there is a spade terminal there with nothing plugged in. Thanks, johnny.
