"Looks" like everything is there, counted 4 cars and shifters. Best as I can tell, there are 12 discs in the bag. It appears to be unopened, I don't think anybody would take that much time to seal it up the way it is. Colors good, box has been around the block. USPS MO please. Price is for shipping in 48 states.
