I’m taking next week of work to get all the panels prepped for final finishing; super excited! I’m in the process of disassembling all the doors and was just wondering how I remove the plastic clip holding the glass to the regulator. Don’t want to break anything by assuming! Thanks all!

Having never seen one before I might ask myself, can I drive the pin out from the other side? Can I pry the pin out from this side? Can I get new ones?

I just did mine today. Lube the heck out of it AND warm it up with hair dryer or heater. They get brittle. Stack washers on the flat side that have an id big enough for center plug to fit thru. I **** when mine broke, I thought it was the glass!(vert glass) I had a couple spare sets of door glass to rob another rivet from thankfully.
Blow dryer to heat up black sticky pads I had laying around and to help align everything for reassembly.

The goo should work good, but correct is basically just gasket material that leaves the lifting bracket a tad loose/rocking.

Yeah my orig was pretty beat up. Looks almost like tentest for wrapping houses/roofs. I had a smack of these pads, so that's what I used
