How does the tachometer come apart?

Wanting to upgrade my gauge lights to LED. But cant find anything on how the tachometer comes apart. Dont want to screw it up by just blindly taking it apart. Any help with this?

There are not lights in that tach...just your black quarter locks supply the lights for all the gauges.....

Just rev it until the engine blows, the tach should explode with it....
