How Much For A Complete 400

Just wondering what the going price was for a complete 400ci Chrysler. I'm thinking of getting parts together for another build and I was wondering what a fair price was for one of these. I know where there is one, but the guy is asking $400 for it and that seems a bIt high to me, but is it?

400 bucks is a good deal for a complete running 400. i have seen those going for 6-800 around here. if it is complete, i would grab it up.

It's in Florida, not sure if it runs, but I'm really just interested in the block, I would just sell everything else. May give him a call this week thanks for the responses.

I gotta friend that'll sell me one for 150 so 400 is high.

I just picked up 2 of them, a block and crank and a complete running 400 4bbl for $150. Think $400 is little high.

There will always be something cheaper out there. If your ready to buy and you can offset the cost with some parts that are on it, then go for it.
