How to block heater water from pump?

I am installing a M1 intake, and it does not have a provision for the heater hose from the intake to the firewall. Since it does not really get cold here in AL, I'll just do without the heater.

What's the best way to block off the from the water pump to the firewall, at the water pump? I found the pic below on an eBay car, but can't quite make out what they did.

Just a simple rubber cap with a hose clamp. Not too sure where you can get them at but I'm sure the mail in places have them.

I got my rubber plug right down at the autozone...buy a spare one,cause' you never know..

I tapped pipe threads in the nipple and installed a flush plug. It causes people to have a double take when they see a hose missing.
