how to disassemble 69 dart seat track ?

I'm trying to disassemble seat tracks for my 1969 dart with no luck. Anyone done this that can help.

Not sure, first a little more info; bucket seat or bench? Are you just removing or are you disassembling the track itself?

These aren't 69 A-Body tracks, but try using a screwdriver like this to move the cages with the barrel bearings outward...
