how to identify w-2 heads?

when i bought my 360 the guy said it had w-2 series heads?. not sure if thats good or bad or what it means. i was wondering how i could tell? thanks for any help.

Mine had W-2 cast right into the head below the spark plug.

ok im going to go look and see if i can make out the casting numbers, thanks guys

You also have the flat rocker shaft pads. I can't remember which is which between the two. I think yours are the better ones.
 
i only see a 33 on one head and a 32 on the other. im not seeing any other castings. the guy could have been lieing. hmm
 
Early W2 castings had numbers ending with 810 and 810E. Keep looking. There should be a longer casting number on the heads. What do the rockers look like? They won't be stamped steel, like stock rockers.

Any pictures?
 
can't get to the rockers. im only seeing like 32, 33, and 77. just sets of too numbers. nothing long. i can keep looking
 
Intake would be W2 only, and that doesnt look like any I've ever seen. But. for $200, not bad anyway.
 
Don't feel too bad. A pair of good W2 heads alone would sell for much more than $200.

That would have been a MAJOR score.
