how to upload photos on here??!!!

I'm trying to put up a for sale add but I can't figure out how to upload my photos from my phone. I clicked on the attachment tab and it brought up the upload screen but I don't know where to go from there!! Please help!
 
Ok thanks I figured out the problem. It won't work with my browser on my phone. I had to go through The Chrome browser. I got it now.
