For $700 you get to a have a summer or two of fun before it caves in on itself from a lack of inner rockers that convertibles come with ( I doubt they dealt with that) Maybe even longer and then you part it out and get half your money back, maybe more, what's wrong with that?:scratch:

I had a simmilar idea for my 74 swinger but I was going to do frame connectors (custom made with plenty off beef in them) but I was also going to make a fiberglass top for it like a wrangler (sorry I work in a mopar parts depo. on the jeep parts counter so I see alot of jeeps. And I get alot of good, bad and down right evil ideas.)
