you could rebuild it yourself with this shifter rebuild kit from Brewers, and a factory service manual.

or you can do it yourself, i just rebuilt mine and its smooth as butter. Most problems are just the old gummy grease mixed up with dirt and sand. I found that soaking it in berrymans before disassembly helped alot.
