Here's a chart for Inland. Note: the lower right caption is incorrect. There was a console in 66 and an Inland shifter was used.

I had the bench seat Hurst version in my first hot rod, a 57 chevy, hooked to a wide range Muncie. My favorite stickshift shifter.

SOmeone changed the Inland to a Hurst in my 66. That was a good choice.
