Hurst Shifter Question for Duster

I have a 1970 Duster. ( 4spd) Is there a Hurst Competition Plus shifter I can buy that will let me install the stock (push in) handle? If so, what shifter number do I need to look for?

I tried to post my answer last night, but got shutdown by thunderstorm.
I'm no expert, but I believe that if you want to keep the push-in (bayonet), you'll likely need to find a used original gear selector.

Or drill out the bottom hole for the standard handle.
