HURST V-gate 2 install kit needed.

I am looking for the installation kit for a Hurst V-gate 2. Installation kit part # 373-8180 for my 68 Barracuda. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one?

I had contacted someone about a month ago, can't remember if it was in FABO or E-bay, either way I have lost contact with him. Please help!!!
