I D numbers on 65 dart

Have 2 65 darts found these numbers on the left speaker shelf on each dart.What do they mean? Is their a way to decode them! 1st dart 5512706140 2nd dart 5760706238
 
That is just the number from the supplier of the speakershelf! I'm not sure why they put them there but I have only 5512770437 in the back of the left speaker hole! Must be a seriesnumber or something. In the partsbook there is no part# availible.! My car is made at the LA plant. Where's you're from?
 
My 65 gt was made in Dodge Main, Hamtramck, MI, USA.

How would you decode the rest of the stuff on the vinn under the hood?
