Never heard of them before, but found one listed for graduates of the Backster School of Lie Detection in San Diego, California. I graduated there after a 30 day course back in the year 2000. Anyone else have a similar coin, just curious?
 
I have quite a few from my time in the service. These are my favorites. I drank a bunch of FREE beer cause I ALWAYS had one on me!!

Here are a few out of the couple dozen I collected. General Tommy Franks gave me the upper right one. The lower right one was from my niece when she graduated the Naval Academy.
 
I have a few from the army, one of them is not round. I got the oddball one from a recruitment company, I think, after helping out at a county fair doing a heavy machinery competition for vocational students. We were more or less just acting as safeties.
