I make custom Hot wheels is anyone else doing the same?

Last year I went through seven deaths of family and friends and the one that bothered me the most was my brother killing himself a week after his wife my sister in-law died and I almost lost my mind and my wife bought me some Hot wheels to mess around with whenever I was drowning in my thoughts and I started watching YouTube videos of people customizing them and started doing it instead of model cars because there so damn expensive and now usually on sunday's and whenever I get to thinking about last year so to get my mind off of it that's what I do I'll post a few pictures of some of the ones I've done

Cool, one of my employees takes Hotwheels apart to repaint and modifies them with different wheels and such.

I've done a few in the past including "restoring" some heavily chipped redlines with old Testors metal flake paint and flat black.

I'm about to repaint a Matchbox Renegade to match my real one.

I have a bucket full of older cars that my grandsons play with when they visit. Maybe I can get the 8yr old to paint some with me.
