ok. i bought an srt8 wagon on ebay and i need a ride to youngstown, ohio. airfare is too high last minute and stupid *** car rental companies are closed on sunday. my only other alternative is to wait 'till i am off work next thursday afternoon! i could take my cummins and haul it myself, but i really want too drive it back! any truckers on here that run too youngstown or something? anybody pm me with some ideas, thanks!

I bought Scampy 2 years ago at Carlisle (PA), and the logistics of getting her home were a bit overwhealming. Round Trip about 1000 miles in a RAM ain't cheap, plus tolls, plus trailer rental, plus wear and tear on the ol' bod. A friend of mine put me in touch with uship.com. It works alot like eBay. You list jobs, and people bid. There is feedback, you can see what insurance they carry, etc. You can get someone to trailer it, drive it, whatever you want. I got Scampy hauled from Carlisle to Dayton for $258, which was far less than I could do it myself for. The driver picked it up at 11:30 PM. and delivered it to my driveway by noon the next day. He hauled RV's and needed a backload.

Just a thought.
