I was at The new shop today my son bought.

Yes they are going to live there and work where we are until the shop is set up as a machine and fab shop then we will move everything there.

The place is right down the road not even two miles. After the shop is moved then we can start getting all the mopar parts out. When he moves into his house the apartment will be empty. My "Man cave" upstairs. The top of my garage is an apartment. I'll have a place to work on small stuff watch TV.

True story: More than 40 years I was talking to a guy a we both agreed that what guys want is a one bedroom house with a 4-car garage. And there you have it.

There are two locals I know that built a combination shop/house. It's called a "shouse".
