I'm trying to identify these valve covers. I was told that they were off of a 340 but the seller didn't know what year? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Definitely 70-71 style...
Twist on oil fill suggests 70+. Measure height of loom stand on ds, it moves the plug wires away from 4bl carb.
I found this picture on the internet that are supposedly 1970 340 valve covers. They look pretty close to the ones above.
Bottom one(pass side) has the "cup" and tabs for wiring harness. Yours doesnt have the cup. Looks like it did have tabs but are now broken off(quite common and easy repair)
