Important- 64-65 valiant grill question

I want to do a billet grill for my 65 barracuda but am having troubles custom making one. I want to use the valiant grill but don't want the valiant emblem in the grill. I want to know if it unscrews and if so will there be a circle hole in the grill?

The emblem comes off and if it wasnt damaged underneath your good to go,

65valiant310 is right. There is a plate/bracket? behind the grill if i remember right and the screws go through it to the emblem, between the bars of the grill. Keep that part because someone will want it, possible even you!

The 65 has the removable emblem but I think the 64 has a recessed spot or cut out for the emblem.

The Signet Valiant's has the hole like the Barracuda.
But all the Valiant 100's and 200 have the kind with a plate/bracket
Hear is a 65 Signet and then my 66 V 100 Valiant
Then as you can see a 64 Signet Valiant also has the hole :happy10:
There are way more 100 and 200's out there
All 100 and 200 are just a plate/bracket uncute grill

Thanks, I wasn't sure. I always thought the 64 Valiant grill would look good in a Fish. I had one in mine back around 82-83 till I found the correct one.
