Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find what I'm looking for and the people are FBBO either don't know, or don't want to share the info.

Does anyone have any info on how the SRT8 Jeep factory headers/manifolds would fit a 70 B-body with stock steering and suspension? I do believe I read that the hit they steering box in a spot, but the manifold could be clearanced. I am running a manual steering box so it's a little smaller.

Does anyone have any pics near the steering box and torsion bars?

As for just getting TTI's, I'm seeing if there is an easy, affordable option that I could make work on a single turbo setup so obviously full-length headers are out. With the SRT8 pieces, I'd plan on looping a pipe together and doing a 180* turn to run back up front to the turbo.

Thanks!

I don't know the answer but would like to....here is a bump.
i bought a set of the srt jeep manifolds for 179.00 shipped off eBay for my 6.4 hemi project. you could always buy a pair and if they don't fit you can sell them and not be out the cost Of TTI's

and before i bought a set of 800.00 tti's that might not be what your looking for.. maybe look into having a set of turbo headers made.....just my .02

good luck

there are other options than TTI and manifolds.

i got a new chally and there are bazillions of aftermarket parts, including shorty headers long tube headers etc etc

one vendor here, but there are many:
http://www.shophemi.com/c-1117-short-tube-and-long-tube-headers.aspx

just google shorty header 5.7 or long tube header 6.1 etc.
i was surprised and i dont think people yet realize the market support for gen iii hemis

as far as fitment, once someone figures out which headers will work in an Abody or Bbody etc we will be golden
