That so he can see around his ac unit! Lol!
You have to appreciate his/her dedication to having ac! The ac in my truck hasn't worked since I bought it iv fiddled with it a time or two trying to get it to work but that is pure determination right there lol!

You could put a central air unit in the bed and the genset in the bed and duct it in all your windows.
 
Mirror is stock on F series trailer package IIRC

RRR- heavy object crashes through windshield, exhaust burns victim, then soaks them with gasoline.
 
And I was thinking I would just remove the doors for that open air motoring.If death bothers you just weld a couple of steel tubes across where the doors went..
