Instrument Cluster Curcuit Board with built in limiter

Hey guys
I am wondering if anybody here has experience with this curcuit board here Instrument Cluster Circuit Board with Built in Limiter 1972 - 1976 Duster Valiant Dart A-Body
Is it any good? I have problems with my stock circuit board and my replacement part aswell, so I have to buy a new/good used one anyway. Is that the one from the link a good one?

Down side if the limiter (IVR) fails you are replacing the board.
