nothing is working oil, brakes, fuel, temperature, speedometer nothing is working anyone have any ideas?

It sounds as if some one may have started to take the cluster out and disconnected the electrical plugs and speedometer. Check to see if the speedo cable is attached to the speedo or unhooked at the transmission. If it is, then the cable may be broken. If the electrical plugs are attached you may have a bad printed circuit on back of cluster.

also check all of the fuses with a test light while the key is on test both sides of the fuse

Do a quick voltage measurement at the fuse panel. Check both sides of all fuses with the key on and look for battery voltage. If ok pull your dash out and check voltages at or near the dash. If not ok at the fuse panel then troubleshoot backwards to your ignition switch, then to the ammeter, firewall connections etc. It helps to have a schematic for your vehicle.
