has anyone used one of those crosswind intakes they are all over e-bay cheap also ... look like the airgap edelbrock just cheaper ..kinda look like summit brand stage 3 airgap also thanks

Stuck one on my bro's magnum headed 318, fits fine- havent run it yet. Its flanged for either the magnum or LA style head, Id say go for it.

Professional products produced a pontiac intake patterned after a holley street dominator and designed by a couple of poncho gurus before they built the mopar rpm clone-they were supposed to have a pontiac rpm clone as well. From all the feedback they were overall a nice piece with good quality-there were some casting flaws-mostly cosmetic. They seemed to perform on par with the intended performance-but of course that was a pontiac intake patterned after a street dominator so I could only say the quality should be good-I have no idea how it would perform against the rpm.

I have one on my 360, can't say how it performs against anything else since I built the engine with it. My engine is making approximately 370 HP (based on 1/4 mile times) with it and the engine runs strong from 1500 to 6500 rpm.

Hot Rod Magazine did an economy build on a Chevey 350 and used one. The engine produced over 400 HP.

People call them a clone or a rip off copy of an Air-Gap but other than using the open plenum design they are as different as any two of the same type manifold for the same engine can be. And yes Summit is selling them under their name.
