Interchangeable hoods?

I just read on Wiki that the 73-76 Dart hood is the same as the 67-69 Barracuda hood...

Is this true, because, you know, the internet is NEVER wrong. :wack:

If it's true, then I assume the 68 Hemi hoodscoop at AAR is the one that I see used on the late model Darts?

the '73+ dart hood will fit but only look correct on '69. The ridge is why. I have sold a few dart hoods to people whit '69 Baracudas who want to put a shaker in them.

I have been thinking of a way to remove the 67 hood inserts and put in blacked out hood scoops on my 67 notch. Maybe a change of hoods would facilitate it better.

I saw that EV2AAR had a dog house on his '73, and I assumed it was the 68, but if the hood is different, then I need to figure out what scoop he has.

I really don't care for the twin snorkle scoop that was made to fit my hood (yuck).
