Hey Guys,
Check this out.Me and the wife were in Big Lots yesterday to do some Christmas shopping when I saw a store employee walking around with a big net. I said to her "are you planning on catching butterflies with that" she said "no where have a hawk in the store". I said WHAT!!!! WHERE? putting my hands on my head just in case I was attacked. Apparently this hawk chased a smaller bird into the store and now can not figure it's way out. I was there for over an hour and watched their futile attempts to net this thing. I talked to the cashier and was told that it flew in the night before and they even had a pro try to catch it (he was coming back later that day). I even watched the bird mock the employee by perching in the edge of the net while it was raised in the air. Here are a couple of pics.

Maybe they just found a cheaper way to control what vermin that might be running around in the store.

No, just look at some of his other posts and you'll see.
if they turned all the lights out, and opened the front doors, then disturbed him to fly, he`d more than likely head to the daylight. have had to do this a few times w/ starlings getting my fireplace cap to build a nest. it works. I just wait on them in the darkened house to go to the light of the open door on their own. never shoot something that eats rats and mice.
