is this a balanced flywheel ?

Im getting ready to install our flywheel to a 1974 ..440 motor which was an auto.motor we r building a 440/ 4 speed dart. I am @ a point trying to figure if this is a balanced flywheel. it does not have any drill holes but does have a machined mark..anyone seen this b4. I bought it with a 11 inch centerforce clutch/pressure plate over 1 year ago..ebay
