Sure looks like it to me, 68 Dodge Plymouth steering wheel. You could pull the horn ring offf and find a part number, then we could tell for sure! :cheers:
Cool. let me know if these help out. The back of the steering wheel itself is 2852091 , then 73392 . The horn actuator is 2925442 , then 46357 . The ring itself is 2771534, 1488 , 58301 . Alot of #'s for three parts, LOL!!!

The exact wheel I have in my 68.
Just had another look at mine.... The black center part of yours is not the same as mine... Yours has a textured center with smooth outer.. Mine has texture all over.
