As we were getting ready to pull out from the ice cream joint, an early 60’s full size Plymouth (think a 62) goes by. Probably a big block from the sound. Ugly when new, I’d take one in a heartbeat now!

I'd take any old car nowadays. I used to peruse craigslist during math class and I always thought that the early 60's mopars (savoys and stuff like that) were ugly and how I would never own one. But, EVERYTHING is super overpriced and "hard to find" now. If it is available to me, I like it. There is always something cool you could do with uncool cars. Usually giving them more power.
