[SOLD] jack base

I need a jack base, and the hardware to hold the spare tire in the well, im guessing its a stem,large washer and wing nut? Im going to cut a new cover from thin luan plywood. I have correct jack and handle, pm cost with shipping to coatesville PA.
I am also looking for a license plate light lens, some uncracked arm rest bases for front only.

Year, model and shape of jack shaft would be helpful.
