HOLY CRAP!!!!!

Now, the big question is, where are the looters and rioters?

New Orleans was hit by Katrina and the rain hadn't even stopped and people were looting stores etc...Sad case for America's Culture. Granted, I am sure the #1 charitable country will, once again, turn out to be the USA in the wake of this tragedy but why do we such a problem domestically with looting in the wake of certain events?
