Jet Hot

I had a set of used exhaust manifolds done,If they are not really smooth from any pitting they have a tendancy to rust where moisture forms in the pitted areas If you live where there is HIGH HUMIDITY! Other than that they are great.I did send them back under warranty and they redone them free of charge. But they still have some small rust spots after 3 years. If you are having new products done such as headers or new exhaust manifolds I think it will be better. The product holds up under the heat very well.

Some friends of mine had their Kerker headers (black from the factory, but rusted out in a couple years) done back in the late 80's and they were very happy with the results.

I had Jet-Hot coat my new Spitfire Headers a month or two ago. As far as dealing with them (i.e, phone call, shipping, return shipping, price, etc.), it was a good experience.

The coating looks really good, but I can't address it's durability - or longevity. In fact, the headers are still sitting on my workbench, cause the weather here (in Kentucky) has been too blasted cold to work in the garage lately.

But I would advise you to call Jet-Hot to make arrangements. I got a 10% discount on the coating by doing so.

Sounds good, I have talked with a person from Jet Hot getting prices. I live in a state with low humidity so I shouldn't have to worry about them rusting really. It is nice to see people have had good experiences with them.

i had a set of pro parts headders done by them years ago.. they looked awsome when i got them back... they still rusted though..
