I just wanted to let everyone know that Jim Lusk is my hero. I just did the 73-76 a body K frame conversion. His video's were great. I choose to leave my K frame in the car which made it more difficult but I seem to do everything the hard way. I just wanted to acknowledge Jim for putting out a two part video that made this change over a lot easier.

The 2 part video on you tube of Jim modifying the stock K member is that the videos you are referring to?

yes I bought a modified k member from Jim on this forum. It will be used in my 71 Duster project

The car in the pictures is a 70 Duster. I put a late model K frame in this car. Its going to be mild 440 stroker 493 cubes just a street sleeper.

go to YouTube search "Jim Lusk" and check his videos on his channel

Jim's the man. Always willin to help others and share info.

Yeah no doubt! I recently did the exact same thing! I haven't fitted the engine yet but it was easy enough to do and pretty much the only option given there's no conversion mounts anymore!

I finished the passenger side today drivers side is almost done. Going to test fit an engine with a HV oil pump before I weld the front of the drivers side mount in case I need to clearance for the HV oil pump.
