I have some prebent brake lines for a motorcycle?

jump line? Do you mean the tube that goes from outer to inner 1/2 of the caliper?

Look for 65 to 67 mustang ad well used same caliper
I assumed you checked the typical classic Ind etc.
IIRC there is a company in Florida that rebuilds the calipers with SS inserts don't know their name but might Google
