The have been many small block strokers over 450tq but whats the lowest rpm you see 450tq made at.

It all depends on the package really. The cam and heads more than anything else. I'd guess the lowest you might see it would be around 3K depending.

That little SB made over 500# at 3000. Recording starts at 3400 and it is already 520#. It has a dual plane RPM manifold.
