how much a Dart weighs?

If you want specifics, its a 67 Dart Gt, slant 6 225. no A/C, no power brakes, 9in drums, no power steering.

Basically it's a heater delete away from a factory drag car. haha

I'll throw out a number. Approx 31-3350 lbs. Probably on the lower side for your particular car.

Accodring to a spec sheet I have, a 1971 2 dr 198 slant 6 dart weighed about 2900 lbs.

Yeah, pretty much.

My 67 Valiant weighs 3192lbs 340/4 spd/8 3/4/disc so add another 100lbs or so for 111 wheel base dart.

I put my Dart on the scale. It's a 340 4 speed bench seat car. No other power steering, brakes or A/C with a full size rally spare tire and a full tank of gas.

She put in right at 3330 pounds.



But in the end the only way to know the weight of your car is to weigh it.

Thanks guys, gonna go with 3000 as a nice round number. especially considering the semi stripped down state of the car, its probably pretty accurate (especially with the lack of any extra weight from fuel, cant' afford to have the tank more then half full more then half the time) haha
