Cool dude
Can someone tell me the differences between them? Thanks
I weighed mine and they were all within a gram of each other, 744-745. Even weighing the big and small ends they were pretty spot on!Magnum left, 744 grams, LA right. 756 grams. your results may vary.

According to Mopar Stroker Book, ‘92 was the first year for the Magnum rods.. they’re listing it as 92-03.What year did they start using the Magnum version ? Did the 88-92 transitional engines use them ?

I'd use the LA rods over the magnum rods any day.Magnum left, 744 grams, LA right. 756 grams. your results may vary.

Well, that's a super simple statement. What IF the selected piston is constructed for the narrow pin end? Dude, there's more to it than ANY **** WILL FIT.I'd use the LA rods over the magnum rods any day.
Simple, la rods, use pistons for the la engineWell, that's a super simple statement. What IF the selected piston is constructed for the narrow pin end? Dude, there's more to it than ANY **** WILL FIT.
IF you have a Magnum engine, with Magnum rods, ARE YOU suggesting that those components need to be turfed for, please explain, what reason?Simple, la rods, use pistons for the la engine
Just have the LA rods narrowed on the small end. Any competent machine shop can do it. I'm not advocating one is better, as I don't know, I'm simply saying if all you HAVE are the LA rods they can be easily made to work.IF you have a Magnum engine, with Magnum rods, ARE YOU suggesting that those components need to be turfed for, please explain, what reason?
Arrgh. Swap meet? Or custom? Can you return em? So they were full floating pins and the c clip Grove weren't cut?I bought MP stroker pistons and guess what? Magnum width...OUCH! That's when I found this out. I guess the lack of a floater pin groove was the 2nd clue....
