Upgrading my 69 barracuda to disc brakes and need new lower ball joints for the conversion. I see Rock Auto has a different manufactures listed. SKP, Quicksteer, Mevotech, Moog, Proforged. Some are twice the price as others. Who have you guys used with good success? My car isn't a daily driver, may get drive 1000 miles a year if it's lucky, but want something good as well.

I've used TRW, Mevotech, Moog, and Proforged with good results. Moog used to be all stateside but some stuff is made in China and Japan.

Are you going to Larger bolt pattern?

I think that the amount of miles driven is totally irrelevant. Good lower ball joints in a Mopar are essential to good ride, handling, and safety.

I had my drums and hubs drilled for Large bot pattern already but the car only has 9" drums in the front so I want to swap them out for disc.

So if you're using the 73-up front disks, compare the lower ball joint steering stops to your old ones. Sometime the newer ones limit travel.
