It is missing the hangers and bushings....well it has one hanger and one home made one but those can be replaced, use your originals or be made pretty easily.

Comes with the instructions.

I will probably use a large postal flat rate box which is 14.95 plus tax.
The rest pays to drive to the post office and buy some packing tape.
