leaky tranny

Hey guys....I have a 727 auto tranny and I have a leak coming from my shift linkage where it goes into the trans. Is this possible to fix without pulling the transmission? If so how difficult will it be? Thanks..

Selector shaft seal. If you remove the linkage and levers from the selector shaft, drop the pan, remove the valve body, you can drive the seal out from the bottom with a screwdriver and a hammer, carefully. Then just reassemble.
