"LEATHER"!

Hey Valkman, you should jump on that. I know you would like to have a 6 cylinder in your fleet of Mo pars

Wow! $15k for drum brakes, leather seats and /6. I like the factory silver leather fury seat and the Napa vacuum gauge and universal radiator hoses. I can smell the antifreeze from here.
She's cherry but not for that cost. Especially since it was only $2800 new! that is one heck of an investment.
Maybe $7500... maybe. I think Tadams is right on track with $5,000.00

Guy must want to sell it since "no reserve", though starting bid is rich. I saw a pristine ~69 Dart 4 door slant six in Miami sell for ~$10,000 on ebay a few years ago, or at least appeared to have sold. Paint was original and perfect, if you like olive green of the day. What is that little box on the driver's inner fender? Tachometer or such?

I see cars on eBay all the time listed as having leather seats when we know that they are really vinyl covers. I'm pretty sure that in recent times the use of vinyl as a seat cover is pretty much nonexistent and a lot of today's generation have never owned a car with vinyl seats. Since vinyl seat covers back in the day was grained to look like leather has lead to this common mistake.

I got mine for 5% of that...and it was an "S". But it was 24 years ago....Looks like he got the "undercoating"...I'll say! Mines same color/interior but has upgraded..uh...everything.

How to tell if it is Vinyl? Wear shorts on a hot day and if you stick to the seat and when you go to get off the seat it hurts... It's vinyl.

Are you talking about the windshield washer pump?
Yes, and makes sense. My early-A's had no windshield washer. My 1969 Dart had the foot pump.
Re leather, wikipedia has a good write-up. There are a number of products, w/ mixtures between real leather and some w/ plastic backer. Some of the part-plastic materials are as good or better than pure leather. My 1985 M-B has fake leather seats that many assume is real.
