Looks like it has an extra hole, possible aftermarket was installed at some point, hate to say it but the front hole won't be covered with stock A body mirrors.
Do you have any touch up paint?

I don’t think any of those are factory holes. There’s a raised stamped section that’s missing.

I’ll check my reference for measurements, I added mirrors to mine and based it on the stock locations.

Here you go, factory mirror location on a Duster and the factory holes. Notice the front hole is raised/stamped

Here, take a look at this thread.

sport mirror installation

It almost looks to me like the forward set of holes are the factory holes for a non-remote mirror, and someone added the remote mirror holes further back. You can see the non-remote holes in the passenger door here, or in the thread I linked

You can compare the remote mirror hole location on the top door in the picture I posted in my last post, that's a factory remote mirror set up. It looks like someone hacked in the remote mirror holes in your door.

Yes i have touch up

After i read all this and other post link it appears that i had both installed at some point in its history a sport mirror and an aftermarket, i dont have the hole on door for adjustable mirror wire so i am leaning toward it was a non adjustable sport mirror. Then at some point it was replaced with an aftermarket creating the extra hole.
