My state allows antique vanity plates but only 4 digits. Would you give me some suggestions? It can be numbers or letters or both just only 4 digits. It's a 69 Dart Swinger. Thanks guys.

Unless the rules changed recently, running an antique or the Year-of-manufacture plate in PA means you don't have to get a yearly inspection or emissions test done. Running a normal vanity plate like above still requires a yearly gouging so PA can keep the roads in such pristine shape.I can’t believe these are still available in Pennsylvania using seven digits or less non antique.

It’s in use already.I like the BAD9 suggestion. Mine has BAD OPEL on it (it's a 69 Opel).
