Hello everyone.

I'm starting a project but am having many difficulties. Participate in the Brazilian championship Drag Race with a 1971 Dodge Dart (1969 U.S.). I'm wanting to build a very strong engine, but following the requirements of the organization. About the engine, the requirements are: Must be Small Block, Iron, Deck Height original Small Blocks (approx. 9.56").
So far, I have at hand only the Block, which is an R3 (P4876793AB).
I need the other parts, but I have no idea what to choose. What heads should I use? I will use 4.220" pistons, crankshaft with 4.000", compression ratio of 14.5:1 (methanol), Roller Cam.
I believe in a power output of about 750 to 800 HP (No Turbo, Blower, Nitro).

Help me please!

Thanks a lot.
