I installed my crank in my 440 last week and checked all bearing clearences. Fri I set all my ring eng gaps and started installing some pistons. Then I checked my deck hieght on the piston flat and quench pad so I know what head gaskets to go with. Looks like I will come out right at 10.0 with the cometic head gasket and a quench in the .040 to .050 area. Pefect for my .557 cammed 440 93 pump gas motor. And it should look just like a 426 wedge.
